My love for bass fishing began back to the late 70's in South Louisiana in the back of my Dad's blue Eldocraft bass boat. Over the years my love for fishing grew so much that I negotiated my first bass boat with my wife, Debbie before I would agree to have our second child, Kaitlyn. In 2009, Debbie bought me a 25' travel trailer for our 10 year wedding anniversary that we parked at Los Lobos trailer park in State Park Cove. It was there that we turned into a "Fishing Family." Our son Joey won the first 2 tournaments he fished in the Junior Division of the Longhorn Bass Club.
We had our third child Lindsay in late 2010 and our 25' travel trailer suddenly seemed a lot smaller so we decided we start looking around for a lake house sometime in 2012. After months of frustration everything seemed to fall into place and we bought a place right next door to my brother, the infamous "Bassin' Billy." Our place was designed for our family and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (2 would be on top bunks).
